Making Room for Everyone

Hacienda de Cortés has 54 guest rooms, and we’re doing our very best to make it possible for as many of our guests to stay on property, while also taking advantage of our discounted room block.

Due to the hacienda releasing rooms to us in groups of 10 at a time, booking links will be shared in booking windows. Each link will be available for a limited time, and once those rooms are reserved, we’ll be able to request the next group of rooms. To help us make the most of the available rooms, we kindly ask that you book within the timeframe provided. If a room is not reserved during that window, it may be released and offered to guests in the next booking phase.

We truly appreciate your understanding as we work with the hacienda to accommodate as many of our loved ones on property as possible!

Things to Know

  • Hacienda de Cortes is located about an hour and a half south from the Mexico City airport.

  • The welcome party will be November 18th, 2027 in MEXICO CITY. The ceremony and reception will take place on November 19th, 2027 in CUERNAVACA at Hacienda de Cortes.

    We are still working out our plans for the welcome party but want to be sure as many of our guests as possible can reserve for the night of the wedding at the Hacienda.

    Therefore please only book one night at the Hacienda for November 19th, 2027. We will be heading back to Mexico City on November 20th, 2027!

  • Shuttles will be provided from Mexico City to Hacienda de Cortes for everyone on Friday, November 19th, 2027 as well as returning from Hacienda de Cortes to Mexico City on November 20th, 2027. If you need alternative transportation, please reach out to Diana or Blake, so that they can provide you with contact information for a car service.

    Uber is also available from Mexico City to Hacienda de Cortes and vice versa.

  • Check in: 3PM

    Check out: 1PM

  • We understand that plans change and unforeseen circumstances happen. The Hacienda does require a deposit to secure your reservation either at time of booking OR 15 days prior to arrival date. Therefore, you may cancel or make changes at no additional charge up to 15 days before your reservation date.

    Of course, we will miss celebrating with you if you’re no longer able to make it, but we understand! If this does happen, please reach out to Casey or Diana prior to canceling your reservation.

  • To confirm your reservation, the Hacienda requires the following information:

    Name: (Literally your name, dummy)
    Stay: (Arrival and departure dates)
    Name on the reservation:
    Occupancy: (Number of adults and children)
    Contact: (Phone number and email address)
    Reference: (Names of the couple’s wedding you are attending)

    Important Booking Information:
    Payment: You can either pay a downpayment at time of booking OR 15 days before your arrival, you will receive a payment link via email and/or WhatsApp.
    Policies: Once the guarantee payment has been made, cancellation is free of charge (if necessary) up to 72 hours before check-in. After this period, the first night will be charged. Refunds may take up to 50 business days due to bank policies.
    Check-in: A valid official ID (Passport or ID card) for each adult is mandatory for registration. A copy will be taken upon arrival.

    Please let the Hacienda know if you require an accessible room to ensure your reservation, as availability is limited.
